These could be the most important civil lawsuit ever filed in this nation. If the plaintiff does not prevail, then the United States of America will fall to a communist regime, literally.
There are so many non-citizens already registered to vote that Trump cannot possibly win. Even States like Texas and Florida will turn blue. Nobody in the news seems to realize this.
This lawsuit seeks injunctive relief to purge those fraudulent voters. This is the Amended Complaint. The Federal Judge is Aileen Cannon.

August 9, 2024-
Plaintiff Jeff Buongiorno attended the Palm Beach County election canvassing board meet, which is run by Defendant Wendy Link. All of the defendants know about the lawsuit.
Before the meeting started, Jeff greeted Wendy when a staff lawyer acting like a handler got in between. Then, about an hour into the meeting, the Wendy instructed the Palm Beach County Sheriff to remove Jeff from the public meeting for no legal reason.
August 19, 2024-
Plaintiff Jeff filed today an Amended Complaint, adding a First Amendment cause of action. He added Ric Bradshaw, the Palm Beach County Sheriff, as a defendant. The Sheriff is teeth to this white collar corruption conspiracy.
Jeff also added the Florida head of the DMV, Dave Kerner. The DMV offices are being used to convert fake voters into registered voters.
He then filed a Motion for a TRO against the sheriff and a Motion for Preliminary Injunction on the entire case.
Lastly, the Sun Sentinel is getting nervous. They wrote a defamatory hit piece on Jeff and the case. That means he is over the target.
August 22, 2024-
The Supreme Court issued a very important ruling upholding Arizona State aw requiring proof of citizenship to vote, which addresses the problem targeting in this lawsuit above. The federal judge here will have ammunition to rule in favor of our case, perhaps.
August 27, 2024-
Plaintiff Jeff has dropped his pro se case to join as a defendant on this lawyer-represented case USA v. Byrd 4:24-cv-00327 (Complaint found here). This is a good development. The plan all along was to get lawyers to join.
September 19, 2024-
- Florida’s Sec. of State, Cord Byrd, a defendant here, is now acting more like a plaintiff. He is formally complaining to Mayorkas and DHS that they are not cooperating in efforts to purge non-citizen voters.. Here is the letter from Byrd to Mayorkas.
- Oklahoma officials just announced that they have removed 450,000 ineligible names from the voter rolls, including 100,000 dead people and 15,000 duplicate registrations that somehow got pushed into the system
September 20, 2024-
A Wisconsin advocate has lawyers suing there to purge non-citizen voters. It is a state court matter, which means it will likely fail due to corrupted courts, but stay tuned.
