Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, aka “El Mencho”, illegally came to the U.S. in the 1980s and, by the 1990s, he was in prison for drug trafficking in California. After serving his prison sentence, he was deported back to Mexico, where he built his criminal network, which eventually became the CJNG after it split away from the Sinaloa Cartel. People this dangerous should NOT be deported, especially to countries like Mexico, where corruption is rampant. Drug traffickers and terrorists should be locked up for life in the U.S. or given the death penalty. Mexico does not have life sentences nor do they have the death penalty.
