Sheldon Silver ‘snoozes’ at Sandy conference

January 8, 2014- The Post reports, “Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver appeared to grab some shut-eye Tuesday while Gov. Cuomo and Vice President Joe Biden were discussing infrastructure improvements — at length. The governor and the VP spent an hour talking about Hurricane Sandy rebuilding efforts, as Silver and other officials sat silently at an Albany meeting. Photographers snapped photos of Silver apparently catching a few winks.”
