April 1, 2015- The Post reports, “A son-in-law of disgraced former Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, Marcello Trebitsch, who’s married to Silver’s daughter, was busted by the feds Monday on charges he ran a $7 million Ponzi scheme.”. He ran a hedge fund and hid the losses, much like Bernie Madoff.
