Gateway prevails over dog rider dispute. Pit bulls banned.

Update January 19, 2014- At the recent CB1 meeting, Glenn Plaskin tried to revise history by claiming that his dog group fought Gateway management and stopped the implementation of new lease riders banning certain dogs. That is utterly false, as you can read below.

The month-long negotiations between LeFrak’s Gateway Plaza management, who were trying to change the terms of the leases to restrict dog owners, and a small group of tenants led by resident Glenn Plaskin and Jeff Galloway, have concluded. Both sides seem to have compromised and a rational outcome was achieved.
