Parm’s sandwiches improve, but nothing else

Parm Ozersky roast beef sandwichJanuary 15, 2016- by Steven E. Greer

I gave up on Parm more than six-months ago, mostly because of the logistical problems that the restaurant management could not overcome. Too many orders were being screwed up for me. The food was also less impressive than the Mulberry Street location.

Tonight, I saw a Parm bag being delivered to someone in my building, so I ordered a couple of sandwiches. It was as if they had never taken an order before. The manager tried to put me on hold, but hung up instead. The lady who took my information seemed inexperienced. So, nothing much has changed in that regard.

However, the food seems better. I got the chicken parm hero and the Ozersky roast beef. I toasted them in the oven a bit (which is something they should do better in the actual restaurant), and they were delicious.

The chicken is so moist and tender, I do not know how they do it. The red sauce is just right.

The sesame seed rolls are the secret. They have the right texture and flavor.

So, if you are like me and find the sit-down experience at Parm intolerable, you can now just get it delivered to your apartment.
