We have previously reported how Chick-fil-A is shaking up the fast-food industry with stellar customer loyalty while McDonald’s and others have fallen to the bottom of the list with shrinking revenue. So, the geniuses at McDonald’s decided to compete with Chick-fil-A with a “buttermilk breaded” chicken sandwich.
It looked good in the advertisements, so I tried it. I have not been to McDonald’s in a long time. Boy, was I shocked.
This sandwich was horrible. It was tiny, resembling a large McNugget. The bun was terrible. This was a joke.
The service was egregiously bad, as well. One reason people like Chick-fil-A is the great service. One big reason people hate McDonald’s is the bad service.
It is amazing how poor of a job McDonald’s is doing now. It is truly a company in crisis.
