I had an idea. Instead of folding my tacos on the grill, which limits the amount of fillings, I stacked two tortillas. Then, I cut them in half to look like a taco. They were really sandwiches and not tacos.
This is a much better way to make tacos. You can pack the insides and not worry about spillage.
I invented the Greer Tex-Mex Sandwich.
