Trump’s Mental Decline is Impeachable

President Trump has been deteriorating before our eyes over the last several months. Rational people are noticing. It has become a serious problem.

Trump’s decline accelerated in November of 2025 when the Epstein files became a major headache for him. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and a bipartisan “Epstein Caucus” forced the Epstein Files Transparency Act (H.R. 4405) through Congress. The law required the DOJ to release thousands of unclassified Epstein-related records within 30 days.

Releases began in late November and continued into December, revealing FBI documents detailing tips and allegations directly implicating Trump and his family in sexual misconduct tied to Epstein. Key claims included a 1995 limo driver’s account overhearing Trump discuss “abusing some girl” with “Jeffrey” on a call, plus a woman’s allegation that Trump raped her alongside Epstein (she was later found dead from a gunshot to the head after refusing to go to police); tips alleging Trump buried girls on his golf courses; and a claim that Epstein introduced a 13–15-year-old girl to Trump in 1983, after which he allegedly forced oral sex and became violent when she resisted.

The administration dismissed these as uncorroborated, sensationalist tips with no formal investigations or charges against Trump. Still, the forced disclosures sparked intense public outrage, media frenzy, and political damage in late 2025, reopening old questions about Trump’s Epstein ties.

Since those humiliating November 2025 events, Trump has also inexplicably plunged the country into a dangerous war with Iran that is not going well. Unlike the quick success in Venezuela, this war is now in its fourth week, as of March 23rd, 2026. The Strait of Hormuz is largely blocked, oil prices are soaring, U.S.-Israeli strikes are facing fierce retaliation, and the mounting casualties and economic pressure are upsetting the world. Trump made a public plea for the European allies to help and they all refused.

Many suspect that Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu is possibly dead. If he is alive, then he has certainly gone into hiding for weeks. Bibi has been the controlling mind for Trump.

Trump has deteriorated into erratic and deeply inappropriate behavior. What was once humorous and combative has become impulsive, cruel, and detached from presidential norms.

The timeline of incidents illustrates this unraveling:

  • October 20, 2025: The East Wing of the White House was demolished. After which, the original architect James McCrery was fired and replaced due to design clashes, with no finalized or fully approved plan in place at the time of demolition.
  • November 6, 2025: Oval Office event, Trump appeared to struggle to keep his eyes open for extended periods (nearly 20 minutes in some analyses) while seated behind the desk.
  • November 14, 2025: Aboard Air Force One, snapped at female Bloomberg reporter Catherine Lucey probing the fresh Epstein files: “Quiet, piggy.”
  • November 14–15, 2025: On Truth Social, mocked widower Massie for remarrying “Boy, that was quick! … she’s stuck with a LOSER!”
  • November 26, 2025: Called NYT reporter Katie Rogers “ugly, both inside and out” on Truth Social.
  • Early December 2025: Labeled CNN’s Kaitlan Collins “Stupid and Nasty” on Truth Social over renovation costs.
  • December 2, 2025: Televised White House Cabinet meeting, Trump appeared to doze off multiple times (eyes closing, nodding)
  • January: Trump increased the fake gold leaf inlays all over The Oval Office
  • January 13, 2026: At a Ford plant, mouthed “fuck you” twice and gave the middle finger to a worker calling him a “pedophile protector.”
  • January 29, 2026: In the Oval Office with people around him, he appeared to defecate in his pants and then cleared the room.
  • March 16, 2026: Bragged in Oval Office he could “do anything I want” with Cuba and would have “the honor of taking Cuba.”
  • March 19, 2026: Joked about Pearl Harbor “surprise” to Japanese PM in the Oval Office.
  • March 22–23, 2026: Issued 48-hour ultimatum to bomb Iran’s power plants, then claimed “very good and productive” talks the next morning (denied by Iran).
  • March 23, 2026: Mocked Joe Kent: “His wife was killed. He remarried fairly quickly,” while criticizing

These outbursts and signs of dementia reflect a POTUS increasingly unhinged, reactive, and detached from reality or decorum. When a Commander-in-Chief publicly humiliates allies, exposes private matters, flashes profane gestures at citizens, issues/retracts nuclear-style ultimatums amid personal scandal trauma and a faltering war, and falls asleep during cabinet meetings, the issue transcends politics.

The 25th Amendment exists for precisely this: When mental and emotional capacity impairs the ability to discharge duties. The pattern since the November 2025 Epstein disclosures now crosses that threshold. Congress and the Cabinet have a constitutional duty to evaluate and act before further harm occurs. America cannot sustain a leader this visibly unraveling.
