- SPLC it’s just one of thousands of NGO’s used as carve outs for the federal government to evade rules that prohibit the federal government from doing shit against Americans. There needs to be a federal law that prohibits funding of these NGO’s. We need tight scrutiny over this money laundering carve out scam.
