In his first year of his second term, 2025, Trump exhibited high alertness. Observers frequently complimented his ability to operate without sleep during that first year. This level of energy stood out as a consistent trait.
However, I observed an abrupt decline in his mental status beginning around January of 2026, as Israel was pressuring him to go to war with Iran. Classic Alzheimer’s disease does not present with such sudden onset, and the pattern raised strong suspicion of medication side effects.
Trump now has bruising on the back of his hand. His handlers try to conceal it with makeup. Daily aspirin use, combined with repeated IV infusions, explains the bruising.
Marked lethargy and daytime somnolence are now routinely observed in Trump. He falls asleep during cabinet meetings, nods off in office sessions, and slept through portions of the UFC event at the White House on June 14. Short walks from Air Force One to waiting cameras, roughly one hundred yards, show unsteady gait and inability to maintain a straight line. He has also gained many pounds.
Historically, we have seen other leaders and influential figures succumb to drugs. Hitler received escalating drug cocktails from his personal physician. Elvis Presley deteriorated under heavy pain medication. Howard Hughes became very odd due to opioids. Contemporary leaders in Europe, Canada, and Australia display signs consistent with cocaine abuse.
What if shadow forces have infiltrated the current administration? Those actors could have introduced pain pills and created dependency in Trump so as to make him a useful idiot during the war on Iran.
Erratic shifts and irrational conduct have intensified in Trump. He makes rambling tweets claiming deals with Iran are coming soon, when they are not. The outlandish spectacle of the UFC fight on the White House lawn evoked Michael Jackson-style excess. The unplanned decision to demolish the East Wing of the White House ballroom lacked coordination, and gaudy gold decorations now clutter White House walls.
There are many similarities between the changes observed in Trump and the trajectories of famous figures in popular culture who became increasingly eccentric under pharmaceutical influence. Michael Jackson developed the Neverland Ranch and adopted unusual speech patterns. Prince shifted from sharp intellect to eccentric behavior before his death from overdose. Elvis Presley exhibited growing oddities in his final years. Similar patterns of bizarre conduct, combined with weight gain and episodes of falling asleep, now appear in Trump.
While my theory about Israel possibly being behind some secret plot to dope up Trump cannot be supported by evidence, it is plausible. That aside, Trump’s behavior certainly seems to me to be caused by a medication that is being concealed from us.
We have seen enough. JD Vance and at least eight members of the cabinet should convene immediately and seriously consider initiating the process under the 25th Amendment.
