• The claim that Jared Kushner paid $80 million to a hitman is a partially false rumor generated through online misinformation. However, Jared actually committed far worse. California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election. Judge: You agree that if a non-citizen votes and we don’t stop it now, that vote will be counted, correct? California: That’s absolutely correct.
• Breaking: First Assistant US DOJ Attorneys for Washington state, Neil Floyd and Pete Serrano, announce that investigators have found over 400 cases of noncitizens voting in state and federal elections. The DOJ prosecutors claim that WA state is refusing to cooperate and hand over voter rolls. They believe the number of noncitizens voting is much higher — in the thousands.
• BREAKING: Former FBI Director James Comey has been charged with violating the Espionage Act for allegedly directing the disclosure of national defense information to a reporter in 2016. The case is assigned to Judge Trevor McFadden in Washington, D.C.

• The US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled 2-1 that President Trump exceeded his authority when he federalized the California National Guard to quell the June 2025 anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles.
• Judge finds DOJ’s firing of Maurene Comey, federal prosecutor in cases involving Jeffrey Epstein and Sean “Diddy” Combs, was unconstitutional.

• Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent just dined at The Cheesecake Factory today and called out Barack Obama for his HIDEOUS library saying that it “looks like Darth Vader’s tomb.” Bessent ate the French dip cheeseburger and explained to Fox Business that the “Martha’s Vineyard set” should try it.
