December 10, 2013- Curbed is reporting, “Fisher Brothers has posted some renderings of the Rafael Vinoly-designed 22 Thames…It also could become the tallest residential building in Lower Manhattan if it exceeds 937 feet, passing the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences at 30 Park Place.” (Below, the current site by 4 WTC)
