October 7, 2014- Larry Silverstein did it again. He was able to win discounted funding in the form of $1.6 Billion in Liberty Bonds to finish 3 WTC.
The building will be 80-stories and 2.5 Million sq-ft. Next to it, 4 WTC is already completed and open for business, as is 7 WTC. The second tower and the performing arts center remain stalled.
