January 23, 2014- Artist Jeff Koons installed his latest work in the lobby of the new IBM building on 51 Astor Place. Nearby, in the plaza by WTC Tower 7, is a Koons work, below. Last year, Koons’ Balloon Dog broke the record for the most expensive piece of art sold by a living artist: $58.4 Million.
