Milford Management cracks down on Airbnb

AirbnbOctober 9, 2014- I an am email to residents, Milford management is cracking down on the use of apartments as short-term rentals. However, they are not yet enforcing the warnings.

The email states: “All Residents: It has come to our attention that some residents have tried to use an online service that allows people to rent out their apartments to strangers for short periods of time. This violates the Condominium’s rules and regulations. Please be advised that a written contract and an approved Liberty Court Condominium Lease package is always required. Sincerely, Milford Management.”

Since Milford Management is employed at will by the apartment owners, if the owners want to make cash from their apartment, it seems unlikely that Milford will bite the hand that feeds it.
