BPCA updates on the West Thames pedestrian bridge

During the December 4th BPCA board meeting, an update on the West Thames pedestrian bridge was given. It is now in the actual construction phase.

Of note, despite the $28 million budget being ten times (literally) too large for what the bridge could be constructed for, they are already accounting for $2.7 million in overages. The BPCA will be stuck with half of the cost overruns.
