This Chris Cuomo revelation making the news, where he stated, “I don’t like what I do, professionally, I’ve decided … I don’t value indulging irrationality, hyper-partisanship. I don’t think it’s worth my time anymore.” is genuine. I believe him.

It destroys the soul to engage in lying. That is why professional liars, such as Hillary Clinton, are so damaged when they speak. Every word that comes out is filtered by their frontal lobe for inconsistencies with previous lies.

In contrast, my lack of ability to lie very well (we all lie) is why I am so clean in my conscience. I say the truth and it gets me into trouble, but I sleep well. It is the price I pay for mental health.

When a human lies, it triggers stress hormones, such as cortisol. It leads to real mental and physical health disease.  Watch any politician speak. You can see the stress on their face. Every word is calculated and uttered in fear.

Why is Chris Cuomo suddenly changing now? His soul was toast long ago. It’s not that. Cuomo and his narcissist friends in the media bubble all know that Trump is on the winning side. They tried the Russian hoax. They tried impeachment. They even tried a pandemic, and it all failed. The fame-seekers are worn out and look to flip to the winning side. If you can’t beat them, join them. This is the last stage of grief.
