February 14, 2-14- With hundreds of millions of dollars in surplus budget, the BPCA cannot plow the streets or eliminate street slush puddles the size of Lake Erie.
How can disabled and small children get through these water hazards?
Why are parks staff not using their power equipment to move the snow causing the puddles?
