Are CB1 members rigging the ferry boat slip for personal interests?

At the Battery Park City (BPC) subdivision of the Community Board 1 meeting last night, a local man who lives by the Vesey Street ferry boat slip on the north side of BPC was once again expressing displeasure with the noise created by the older boats.
