Bob Townley sends Manhattan Youth kids to his own camp in the Catskills

We previously reported what was known and unknown about Bob Townley’s Manhattan Youth finances, based on the Form 990 from the year 2010. There were many large item expenses that could have been paid to either Mr. Townley himself or cronies. Also, there were other ways in which Mr. Townley and his center could generate revenue greater than what was listed in the form. BatteryPark.TV has since learned of one such example.
