Yesterday, at 9:00 AM, the BPCA board convened for a public meeting. One hour prior, BatteryPark.TV posted a story exposing the CFO, Robert Serpico, as a serial sexual harasser who also physically touches female staff, and has had a sexual affair with a female subordinate.
In the video above, Dennis Mehiel, the Chairman and CEO, as well as BPCA President Shari Hyman, seem to circle the wagons to publicly support Mr. Serpico. This appears to be a continuation of their tone-deaf policy gaffe ways.
