BP.TV first reported that Chambers Street was becoming gentrified, and that top-notch restaurants were key. Like Union Square Cafe 30-years ago, Racines NY and other restaurants soon to open could create the unimaginable: Chambers Street could become a nice street.
The street construction is scheduled to be completed this Fall, after many years of intense work that turned Chambers into a one-lane mess. With the new Fours Seasons going up, along with other wealthy-owner buildings, this no-man’s land part of City Hall and Tribeca could become quaint.
Now, will the park by City Hall get an upgrade?
