May 3, 2015- This is a good sign indeed. The new managers of Citi Bike seem to have gotten the message loud and clear. They have stopped the criminal activity of charging people for bogus overages and have actually begun refunding members.
I received an email stating that I had a charge. I was outraged, but upon further inspection, they were refunding me $16.
