With Bobby Kennedy and Trump in charge, they now control all of the three-letter agencies that are defendants in this landmark first amendment case of Missouri v. Biden ( Kennedy has his own case just like it). The 5th Cir. has remanded to the district court, and briefs are due soon on whether or not the entire case should be dismissed as moot given that President Trump issued an executive order making it illegal for the government to censor social media.
The Facebook Instagram account I have is about pure golf and not political. It slipped between the cracks of the vast censorship outfit and I am not shadowbanned over there. I am having tremendous success with a real followers that are leading to golf lesson requests, despite me making no effort to be a golf teacher. I am an international sensation in golf, no exaggeration.
That is an example of how powerful is my messaging. I explain things better than other people, whether it’s politics or golf. That is why I was so popular on Fox News, WSJ, etc. before they censored me.
Meanwhile, I am still extremely censored on Twitter (X). They might as well just block my account because nobody sees it but 30 or people.
The tremendously different success rates of my Twitter versus Instagram accounts shows how damaging this has been to me. They (the deep state) have probably taken away tens of millions of dollars that I could have been earning if I weren’t censored. They shut down every aspect of my ability to publish books, make my Healthcare Channel succeed, etc.
It is not just Twitter. If you try to search me on the Internet, the Google databases have erased me. You can’t find my books when you go to Amazon. They buried them. To this day, they are still not letting people post positive reviews of my books. I just had it happen recently. Somebody bought a book and could not post a review.
Trump sued all of these companies (Facebook, Twitter, etc) for this same thing they did to him. The case was dismissed in lower court, but was pending in the 9th Cir. Twitter reportedly settled and will be paying Trump more than $10 million. I am going to study that litigation and file my own lawsuit.
This has to end now. Since 2008, when Obama allowed the deep state to violate the Constitution, we have lived in a post-constitutional state. No more.
