There’s speculation that cloud seeding was used to cause Hurricane Helene to grow once it hit land and cause floods. We know for a fact they just did this over Dubai for those floods.
I have been collecting stories on my X account. It started this April when my skies were obviously covered by man-made chemtrails. See for yourself. Shortly after that is when the Dubai region floods occurred from cloud seeding.
