July 13, 2017- Somebody is plagiarizing somebody else. The Downtown Express reporter Colin Mixson or his editor used the same pun “Shel Shock” as the Post. However, the dimwits at The Post live by the model of news aggregating and stealing bloggers’ ideas. Maybe they ripped of Downtown Express.
