Sources close to the Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) and New York legal community have said that a “serious investigation is going down” concerning the BPCA. BatteryPark.TV has also learned independently that U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara’s office is investigating the BPCA.

Recall, BP.TV has previously reported on numerous scandals involving the BPCA’s questionable ethics on handling lucrative contracts to vendors and many other matters. In addition, several executives have been fired for simply investigating sexual harassment charges against the BPCA’s CFO Robert Serpico.
