In my Ohio federal lawsuit, the entire cast of defendants are behaving unbelievably. First, they could not seem to find a real lawyer. So, one of the defendants, who is a lawyer, is claiming to represent them. I have motions pending to remove that lawyer.
I don’t think the defendants have actually paid this co-defendant lawyer. He also never filed a notice of appearance.
Evidence of my suspicions is how two of the defendants went to extreme lengths to avoid service. Why would they do that if they supposedly had already hired a lawyer?
Because they forced me to hire a personal server, I am due compensation. I filed a motion and won (Here is the Order). The dollar amount is small, but it is symbolic.
It is very interesting to see that another co-defendant, Robert Dunn, signed the actual check on a matter relating to different defendants. Dunn is a law partner to the lawyer supposedly representing everyone in this case who is named Christopher Tackett. This is more evidence that Tackett is not the real lawyer. The way in which these clowns are violating Ohio Bar rules is so bizarre that I could not find examples of it ever happening before.
I now have a writ of mandamus in the 6th Circuit attempting to have this lawyer removed and sanctions. Here is that motion.
