April 9, 2014- BatteryPark.TV has previously reported that the various ferry boat companies serving Downtown are unnecessarily risking lives by having only one human at the helm. Any distraction or medical condition would turn the boats into floating torpedoes.
Last year, a ferry boat crashed into the Seaport slip. The NTSB released their report, which blames the captain for human error.
