With the money pit at Pier A proceeding behind schedule and over budget, under the leadership of the former Chairman Bill Thompson and President/CEO Gayle Horwitz, and with the developing plans looking more like Pier A will be the launching point for drunken party boats that will attract tour buses and drunks, it is time to reassess the plans for Pier A.
