Update August 24, 2015- The NYPD sent some traffic cops out to issue tickets and the problem of the town cars parking in the south lane has been resolved, for now. Of note, neither Goldman Sachs, the Conrad Hotel, nor Brookfield lifted a finger to address this problem.
August 11, 2015- For unknown reasons, powerful Goldman Sachs, Brookfield, and the NYPD allow this to go unfettered.
