For the second straight year, no hurricanes that formed off Africa

August 2, 2013- Weather sources are reporting on massive Saharan sandstorms traveling high in the atmosphere, heading east to west. are preventing the formation of early storms that would turn into the usual pattern of hurricanes to hit North America.
