August 1, 2013- As the Citi Bike racks in BPC settle it, it is becoming apparent that people in North BPC are much different than people in South BPC. The rack at the Irish Memorial is always empty of bikes in the evening, and the rack on West Thames is always too full to dock any bikes. People in the North (sounds like Game of Thrones) are clearly enjoying nighttime bicycling in the nice Summer evenings, whereas the the southerners are not.
BPC already has four Citi racks. More seem to be needed.
