July 7, 2013- The NY Post is reporting, “For one week, it was Manhattan’s most exclusive address. During the Fourth of July holiday, the North Cove marina was awash with a flotilla of luxury yachts, including three vessels more than 160 feet long. Total price: More than $160 million. “This will be the greatest lineup ever in the history of North Cove, which I hope means the economy of Lower Manhattan is picking up!” said Michael Fortenbaugh, commodore of the marina. “It’s a record turnout.””
