The BPCA is supposed to be live streaming the October board meeting underway now, but the brand new website they created has no link to the live stream. They only have archives posted.
Then, the authority has told all of the staff to not answer the phones, so no one can call for help with the video.
All of this is blatant violation of the New York Open Meeting law.
