Your team has the evidence. However, you are bringing a knife to a gun fight.
I like Sidney Powell and she is doing a nice job, but she is being feckless and is delusional here. Fancy appeal briefs won’t achieve much. Her “kraken” is just more rational fact that the corrupted Deep State judges, media, etc. will ignore.
You have to go for the jugular. Isolate the people who orchestrated all of this massive election fraud and arrest them. You have to be the US Attorney again in mindset. Only arrests will change this outcome.

Odd that no one is willing to present any actual evidence of this “massive election fraud” in a courtroom.
The reason is that there is no serious fraud. It is a fantasy to stroke Trump’s ego and undermine the credibility of the legitimately elected Biden administration.

Sadly you are correct. This will not be settled by anger or craft. It will take arrests, prosecution and jail time for the convicted election thieves. Unfortunately, I do not see that happening
