Restaurant fines could be reduced 25%

March 22, 2014- WSJ reports, “City officials released new restaurant-grading rules designed to reduce fines by nearly 25%, a top priority of Mayor Bill de Blasio, who pledged during the campaign to help small businesses that he said were pummeled with unfair tickets.”
