One of the things I like best about attending Community Board 1 meetings in the library on North End Avenues is leaving them when they end. I used to reward myself for sitting through the grueling boredom and bad Kabuki theater acting by heading across the street to the North End Grill.
However, I stopped going to the Grill last year.
Now, with the new chef, I have tested the waters again. It is nice to have a 33-degree cold draft beer after a CB1 meeting, with some good bar menu food items. I really missed that.
The new menu seems to be shaping up. We will have a little preview at some point soon.
