Update February 11, 2023- Many states are now banning the procedures. That was not the case when I gave these talks. I was a leader sticking my neck out. 

• South Dakota set to ban performing extreme transgender procedures on minors
• Missouri’s AG announces an investigation into The Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

• Montana has banned reassignment surgery for minors.

Update December 2, 2023-

• Governor Mike DeWine has vetoed HB 68, a bill that would protect women’s sports and prevent child mutilation. Fortunately, Ohio has the votes to override the veto.

Update April 8, 2024-

• Pope Francis issues strong statements opposing gender transition, surrogacy, and abortion

Update July 29, 2024-

• Elon- Britain has rightfully banned puberty blockers for children for the immense and permanent harm they do

Update January 28, 2025-

• Today, President Trump signed an Executive Order to protect America’s children from surgical mutilation and trans ideology. This is an incredible victory for families, science, and truth.

Update June 18, 2025-

• The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Tennessee’s law banning gender reassignment surgery and puberty blockers, making it the law of the land, should a state choose ti outlaw it.

Update January 31, 2026-

• 1st Detransitioner to Take a Medical-Malpractice Lawsuit to Trial Wins $2 Million Judgement Fox Varian sued her Westchester, NY, area psychologist and plastic surgeon for the gender-transition mastectomy she got at 16.
• A jury has awarded Fox Varian a total of $2 million after it found her psychologist and surgeon liable for medical malpractice related to a mastectomy at age 16.
