We had a long rain overnight and the lake rose about a foot. Then, all of a sudden, the wide diversity of wading birds returned. Above are two wood storks (new this year), with the little blue and tricolor herons, and the snowy egret. Also in the lake were a cormorant, greater yellow leg, and sandpiper. The common terns, new this year, were dive bombing.

Justice Department and FBI:

  • Harmeet Dhillon is being confirmed today to be head of civil rights in the DOJ. Harmeet is the opposition lawyer in my case against Tucker Carlson. My appeal brief will be filed soon. I wonder what happens to her law firm. For sure, she will have to remove herself.

Nuremberg 2.0:

Court Actions:

On the Clinical Data Front and MAHA:

  • Utah to make history as the first state to ban fluoride in public water systems if Gov. Spencer Cox signs a bill

Money and the Economy:

  • President Trump says he is signing an emergency order to “free up forests” for more lumber production in the United States. An influx of new, cheap lumber will drastically reduce the cost of new housing construction. LET’S GO! “We’re freeing up our forests. We’re going to be able to take down trees right now. We’re so restricted environmentally… We have more forests than almost anybody. We don’t need anybody’s trees. We don’t need trees from Canada or anybody else.” This is how we’ll actually solve the housing affordability crisis, NOT by sending government subsidies to anyone.

Other News:

  • caused this. I know nothing about car restoration, but I used to own a Porsche 911 and follow these guys. They seem like highly qualified craftsman. But everyone in the car shop world does something that bothers me. They will spend all this effort to restore an expensive car and then either work on it in the shop or deliver it to the customer without protecting the paint. When you get a brand new Mercedes from the factory, it has plastic all over it. It’s protected. So, I kept commenting that they should wrap it. They’re finally doing it.
