There has been egregious reporting on these sealed Jeffrey Epstein documents. Yesterday, it was rumored by credible people, lawyers who should have known better, that the judge who ordered the Epstein files to be unsealed had gotten cold feet and pushed it all back by 30-days. That is false.
On 12-21-2023, the judge only delayed the unsealing of Jane Doe #107 (see order here). The rest are still being unsealed today or tomorrow, per a SDNY clerk with whom I spoke (see order here).
Update: To clear up any confusion, the judge issued this Order today forcing the lawyers to unseal the documents TODAY. (here is the order)
