I filed a complaint with 311 about a livery driver parked in the middle of Vesey Street, holding up traffic, so as to be closer to the pedestrian cross walk. He even had the nerve to get out of his car to film me as if I were the bad guy (see 0:56 mark of video).
The TLC prosecuted him today. The driver did not show up. He was fined $200.
