Time and 2 WFCApril 15, 2015- The Post is reporting that the move by Time Inc. to Brookfield Place will take place in October, at the earliest. That is a 6-month delay.

BatteryPark.TV has previously reported that all of the other retail shop and restaurant delays are due to Brookfield Place construction problems, and not the shop owners. Recall, the entire Brookfield renovation was supposed to be completed by 2013.

Because Brookfield Place receives ground lease rebates from the state-controlled BPCA, it is unknown whether the construction crew working for Brookfield was selected because they are campaign donors to the governor. In other words, has Brookfield Place become a dragged out pork project for cronies of the governor?
