BatteryPark.TV previously reported on the problem of “town car” taxi drivers harassing sidewalk pedestrians crossing Vesey Street between Goldman Sachs and the WFC. The problem has worsened to the point that the entire Vesey Street is now blocked due to dozens of town cars illegally soliciting cash fares in bus stop and yellow taxi zones.
