An example of why the Trillion-dollar Federal Stimulus Plan (The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) created no jobs and simply vanished into State and City balance sheets: The New York DOT wasted $1.14 Million on these needless replacement machines and justified it by saying they were “Green”.
