February 13, 2015- Before there was Robin Forst, there was the Dynamic Duo of Duncity, Anne Fenton and Matt Monahan. Before them, there was Leticia Remauro to spew misleading statements form the BPCA.
Ms. Remauro was ousted when the new BPCA staff rolled in. Whatever happened to her?
A State Island blog reports, “After serving as chairwoman of Staten Island Community Board 1 since 2009, Castleton Corners resident Leticia Remauro is stepping down on March 1 to pursue new opportunities with her public relations firm, The Von Agency.”.
Our CB1 in Manhattan is not the only one that appoints people to carry water for their elected officials. Staten Island had U.S. Representative Michael Grimm, who was arrested for felony tax evasion. We in BPC have former State Assembly Speaker Shelly Silver, arrested for allegedly committing a slew of felonies.
