Which is more costly to build?: The new Panama Canal or the Oculus PATH station?

June 22, 2016- When I read this NYT article on the new Panama canal going in, I was astonished to see that it cost only $3 Billion to make. That is less than the $4 Billion Oculus PATH boondoggle.
