The BPCA recently approved the spending of an additional $250,000 for security to protect Pier-A as it sits idle, unable to open for operation. This is in addition to the $1.8 Million spent on security since 2011.

For that kind of money, one should expect to see several security officers patrolling the perimeter of Pier-A at all hours. What is there instead?
