Will News Corp be prosecuted in the United States?

July 14, 2011- In the wake of the arrests in London of high level News Corporation (NWS) executives related to bribery of Scotland Yard police, illegal hacking into phone voicemail, etc, members of the U.S. Senate and House have called for Attorney General Holder to initiate a U.S. investigation. The 1977 Foreign Corrupt Practices Act would be the law used for prosecution. Bloomberg TV discussed this with a Columbia law professor.
